Infrastructure
Dashmile can provide custom blending of all types of Automotive, Industrial & Specialities lubricants in our state-of-the-art ISO certified manufacturing facility at Taloja, Mumbai.
We have a production capacity of 36,000 Mt per year, a storage capacity of litres 10,00,000 Litres, a filling capacity of 36,000 Mt per year, and a blending capacity of 36,000 Mt per year.
Our packaging ranges from 100 ml to IBC (Intermediate Bulk Containers) to tankers. We have the capability and competence to meet your private labelling, packaging and blending needs.
Our proven expertise and commitment to quality makes us the ideal partner for producing the lubricants as per your formulation or one designed by our team of experts in lube engineering. Our team of specialists includes scientists, researchers, and experts with decades of honed experience in oil research and manufacturing.
We have our own R&D lab and each batch of product produced is tested for all its physical and chemical properties. Every raw material is tested for all quality parameters before entering our LOBP. We procure all of raw materials from leading MNC operating in the lubes space.
Our products include Diesel and Petrol engine oils, Industrial oils, Hydraulic oils, Motorcycle oils, Automotive Gear oils, Transmission fluids, Brake fluids, Greases, Coolants, antifreezes and DEF In our quest to manufacture uber lubricants, we have diversified our product range to include custom-designed high-end specialty products to cater to the specific needs of our clients.
